We offer comfortable rooms with breakfast as well as apartments with complete kitchen. All our rooms and apartments have private WC/shower and a balcony. Our guests may use the ski room, garden and other facilities of the house. Because of its central location in the Hohe Tauern National Park, Niedernsill is an ideal base for all year round excursions to this area’s numerous sights and attractions: Krimml Waterfalls, Grossglockner High-Alpine Road, Werfen’s giant ice caves, to name but a few), for cycling and mountain bike tours (we are located right on the famous Tauern Cycle Path), as well as for endless hikes. In winter, the Pinzga cross-country ski trail wends its way through our beautiful Salzach Valley, ideally suited both for beginners and skating “pros”. The free ski shuttle (which stops right in front of our guesthouse) will take you to the glorious ski areas in Zell am See, the Kitzsteinhorn’s glacier ski area, as well as to the always popular family ski area on the Maiskogel in Kaprun.
