We are Yannick and Victoria Rumler, a young, married couple from St. Anton am Arlberg - born between mountains, raised with stories, rooted in the region. With FRANZ alpine living we have created a place of the heart: stylish, personal and full of memories - of people, of moments and of real alpine life. The house that now houses our three apartments is more than just a building. A house that has seen village stories and accompanied generations has stood on this spot for over 200 years. It has always been part of Yannick's family - and is now being run by the fifth generation. In 2025 we decided to rethink what already existed: We rebuilt the house - with respect for the location and with great attention to detail. The result is a boutique apartment house that doesn't want to be bigger, but more real. Not more, but closer. FRANCIS 2. The name FRANZ is a homage – to two people who have shaped us. Both of Yannick's grandfathers were called Franz. Two originals. Two characters. Two lives full of stories. Her love for St. Anton, her eye for the essentials and her quiet humor live on - in the little things that make our house special: in the handwritten note on the table.
