Can I buy my way to Trusted or Diamond?
No. Pro is the paid tier. Trusted and Diamond are earned through your actual trade record. We don't sell badges.
How often does my tier update?
Automatically every night. You can also force a recompute from your seller dashboard at /seller/status.
What if I lose Trusted status?
If a metric falls below the threshold (e.g. response rate drops, an unresolved dispute opens), you keep the badge for 30 days as a grace period to recover.
What is the factory audit for Diamond?
A trust manager from BLUN visits or video-audits the premises and certifies the operation. We charge nothing for the audit but reserve the right to schedule it.
Does the buyer see the tier in search results?
Yes. Verified, Trusted, and Diamond appear as a small colored badge next to the supplier name in every list, search result, and concierge introduction.
