Payment and deposit: Payable fully on arrival in cash, with debit card or credit card. Payment by credit or debit card is only possible for amounts of over 200.- EUR. In case of long term stays monthly payment can be arranged. In this case a deposit of 3 months rent is required to secure the reservation. This deposit can also be used by the management to pay for any damages caused by the guest. Cancellation policy: The cancellation/modification of your reservation of up to 3 nights in 1x room is free of charge up to 7 full days before arrival date. The cancellation/modification of your reservation in more than 1x room and/or over 3 nights is free of charge up to 14 full days before arrival date. The cancellation/modification of your reservation in an apartment is generally free of charge up to a 14 full days before arrival date. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. All info applicable unless given otherwise on booking.com. All payments already made will be transferred through the bank as soon as possible (bank commission fees will be deduced). We highly recommend all our guests to take out a travel insurance. Office hours/Self check-in: Our office is open MON – FR 08.00am till 12.00am, and SAT/SUN/HOLIDAYS from 09.00am till 12.00am. Should you arrive outside our office hours, you will receive an email from us to your provided email address at the latest 3 days prior to your arrival with information incl. codes for the front door and the key locker. On the 1st floor next to the reception you will find a message with your name with all further instructions. Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is any time from 15:00 pm on the date of arrival. Earlier check-in can be arranged if your reserved room is not occupied on the night before your arrival, feel free to ask. Check-out time on the date of departure is 11:00 am . If the room is not vacated by this time, the customer may be subject to additional charge. Conduct: Clients and guests are asked to respect the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere of arte vida. The management reserves the right to eject any guests or clients found to be conducting themselves disrespectfully or inappropriately. Please respect common areas and clean up after cooking and meals. Help saving energy: All electrical devices which consume a lot of energy and are fire risks such as mobile heating units or personal cooking devices are strictly forbidden. Visiting guests Clients and guests are responsible for the behaviour of any visitors they bring on-site and in particular for the orderly conduct of said guests and in ensuring that no noise or nuisance is caused either to the management or to other guests or clients. Only registered guests are permitted lodgings, any visitor remaining after midnight must register and pay the tariff agreed with the management. Non-residents of arte vida are not allowed to use kitchen equipment e.g. coffee machine, stove and oven. Access to laundry facilities is only for residents No-noise Please note that we have a strict no-noise policy between the hours of 10 pm (weekends 11 pm) and 9 am. According to this rule please do not use kitchen equipment after 10 pm (weekends 11 pm). In case of early hour breakfast please avoid noise. No-smoking policy We have a strict non-smoking policy in the house. Smoking is allowed on the balcony and in the garden only. For any breach of our non-smoking policy e.g. smoking out of the window, we take the liberty to charge 200.- EUR. Pets Out of respect for our guests, we do NOT allow pets, even when if brought in a cage. Property damage Any damages to arte vida property beyond normal wear and tear must be reported to the management immediately and paid for as billed by the management. arte vida, its owner and staff, will not be held responsible for the loss or theft of any personal effects. arte vida, its owner and staff, will not take over any responsibilities for any injuries occured to clients and visitors.
