On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. If the rented rooms are not vacated on time, we are entitled to charge an additional day. (You are welcome to store your luggage at the hotel until your departure, and our showers in the Pilgrim Room are available to you at any time.) Please note that a booking only becomes effective after our confirmation! Kindly allow up to 24 hours for our reply. Cancellation by the Accommodation Provider If a deposit is stipulated in the accommodation contract, the hotel may withdraw from the contract if the deposit is not paid on time. Reserved rooms will be held for you until at least 6:00 p.m. If you will be arriving later, please inform us of your estimated arrival time, otherwise we may reallocate the rooms if necessary.
