Scope of Application These Terms and Conditions apply to all guests of JK7® Spa & Wellness Retreat, whether booking accommodations, day spa experiences, or purchasing services from our wellness offerings. By making a reservation, guests agree to comply with these Terms. 2. Booking & Payments A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer. For customized retreats or extended stays, special payment terms may apply. 3. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in : From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out : By 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available upon request and may be subject to additional charges. 4. Cancellation Policies We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your booking. Our cancellation policies are as follows: 4.1 Overnight Stay Cancellation Free cancellation until 90 days before arrival 50% refund of the deposit from 89 to 61 days before arrival No refund on the 60th day and less before arrival 4.2 Private Day Spa Cancellation Up to 48 hours before the appointment : Free cancellation Less than 48 hours before the appointment : 100% of the booking price is charged 4.3 No-Show Policy If a guest does not arrive for their booking without prior notice, the full price of the reservation will be charged 5. Modification of Booking Date changes may be requested at least 14 days prior to the original arrival date Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges 6. Force Majeure If unforeseen extraordinary events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions) prevent your stay, we will work with you to reschedule your reservation Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis 7. Guest Responsibilities Guests agree to: to be mindful and respectful toward all employees, other guests, and the facilities Follow health and safety guidelines during your stay. House rules are available in your room, and our team is happy to assist if needed Inform the team/ staff of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect your experience 8. Liability & Damages JK7® Spa & Wellness Retreat is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings Guests are responsible for any damages that exceed normal wear and tear they cause to the retreat property and will be charged accordingly It is recommended to purchase personal liability and travel insurance. 9. Pets & Smoking Pets are not permitted at the retreat Smoking is not allowed on hotel grounds There is a designated outside smoking area available for guests 10. Privacy & Data Protection We respect your privacy and will handle personal data in compliance with applicable laws. Your information is used solely for booking and service provision purposes 11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes will be settled in the court of Völkermarkt or Klagenfurt in Carinthia, Austria, depending on the complexity and amount of the dispute Call us now Join the Newsletter!
