Mario studied foreign countries and Sport. As a coach and professional windsurfer he travelled the world – in constant contact with foreign people and cultures; always on the look-out for the special and extraordinary things in life. The love for South Africa inspired the two of them to spend the last years on the ‘Cape of Good Hope’. It was especially there, where the dream of their own little guesthouse began to grow. Since little Ella was ready for primary school the family returned to Austria and by lucky chance they found the Little Guesthouse Salzburg!
